Hello Everyone,
I’m just letting you know that Lawrence Kap who wrote and illustrated Melissa’s Magic Markers is now booking his 2009/2010 tour of schools celebrating his book. I know that our students from Kindergarten up to grade 3 were completely enchanted with the story and with Mr. Kap’s talk on the writing and illustrating processes. Mr. Kap is very skillful in adapting his presentation for these grade levels. I’m sure students everywhere will also enjoy his visit.

On behalf of the three public libraries of Wildwood, Niton Junction, and Evansburg, I would like to thank you for coming to our libraries and reading your new book, Melissa’s Magic Markers. Your presentation was our “October Library Month” celebration in each library, and was certainly a hit with the children and teachers that were present.
You managed to keep a large group of elementary age children totally involved for an hour

Did I say students? That would be leaving out the staff that I think
might be put out if I left them out. Your book, illustrations and artwork
